Power of One Week 5

This week has not been a good one weight, food or exercise wise. I had considered not weighing and not writing this post. But here I am, I weighed.. and I am writing. My life has been a little chaotic with the new puppy (read about it here), and I have let all of that get the best of me and not paying attention to me... ie exercise, healthy eating etc.

So my weigh in results this week were no suprise. Although I am kicking myself in the butt for it! I wasn't gonna weigh and I wasn't going to write a post. But I need to own up to my mistakes and get back on track for this week.

  1. Don't let it get you down. That is what my hubby has been telling me all day and I wanted to share the encouragement. I also gained 1.5 pounds this week :(
    Glad you posted. Just look at it this way, you've lost 11.5 so far. Wish I had included my total loss so far in my post. Wasn't thinking.
    As is stated in the First Place book I was reading, just need to put the past behind us, forget about the setbacks and look to the future.

  2. You know what? I'm proud of you for getting on here and posting anway. Sometimes it's really, REALLY hard to own up to the mistakes we've made, but you know what? It happens. Now pick yourself up and move forward!
